Digital products (guides, frequencies) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Jade pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days from Indianapolis and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. International orders may take 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Is your jade authentic Grade A?

Yes. 100%. Every piece in our vault is Grade A Burmese jadeite. That means:

  • No polymer filling
  • No acid bleaching
  • No artificial dyes
  • 100% natural, untreated stone

Lab certificates of authenticity are available for any piece upon request (+$45.88).

How do I find my bangle size?

+

Jade bangles are solid stone and do not stretch. They must fit properly. They should slide on over your hand and rest comfortably on your wrist. Please review our Bangle Sizing Guide before ordering.

Important: Jade bangles are non returnable due to their unique nature. If you are unsure about sizing, email us before ordering at support@shopdynastydesigns.com and we will help you measure.

What if the bangle does not fit?

Each bangle is one of one with a specific size. We strongly recommend measuring before purchase. If there is a sizing issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition. See our Refund Policy for details.

Why is each piece one of one?

Natural jade has unique variations in color, pattern, and translucency. We photograph the exact piece you will receive. No stock photos. When a piece sells, it is gone forever because we do not have duplicates.

What is the difference between jadeite and nephrite?

They are two completely different minerals, both called "jade":

  • Jadeite: Rarer, harder, more valuable. Found primarily in Myanmar. This is what we sell.
  • Nephrite: More common, softer, less valuable. Often sold as "jade" but is a different stone entirely.

All Dynasty jade is Burmese jadeite. The real thing.

My jade arrived damaged. What do I do?

We pack all jade with protective materials, but shipping damage can occur. To file a claim:

  • You MUST have an unboxing video showing the damage (this is why we recommend recording all package openings)
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number, the video, and photos of damage

How do I access my digital purchases?

After purchase, you will receive an email with download links. You can also access all your purchases anytime from your account dashboard. Downloads are available forever. No expiration.

What format are the guides in?

All guides are delivered as PDF files, viewable on any device (phone, tablet, computer). Binaural beats and frequencies are delivered as high quality WAV files.

Can I get a refund on digital products?

No. All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant delivery nature of downloads, we cannot offer refunds on guides, frequencies, or any digital content.

If you have technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.

Can I share my guides with friends or family?

No. Each digital product is individually licensed to the purchaser. Your email address is watermarked on each page for copyright protection.

Sharing, distributing, or reselling digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

How do binaural beats work?

Binaural beats work through brainwave entrainment. When you listen through stereo headphones, each ear receives a slightly different frequency. Your brain perceives a third "beat" (the difference between the two) and your brainwaves naturally synchronize to that frequency.
