Jade Bangle Sizing Guide
Getting the right size is critical. Jade bangles must slide over your hand. There is no clasp or stretch. Follow this guide to find your perfect fit.
⚠️ Important: Jade Bangles Are Not Adjustable
Unlike metal bracelets, jade bangles are solid stone. They must slide over your knuckles to put on and take off. If the inner diameter is too small, the bangle physically cannot go on your hand. If it is too large, it may slide off and break.
Measure carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns on bangles ordered in the wrong size.
How to Measure Your Hand
You will need a flexible measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). The measurement that matters is your hand circumference at the widest point, across your knuckles with your thumb tucked in.
Prepare Your Hand
Bring your fingers together and tuck your thumb into your palm, as if you were putting on a bangle. Your hand should form a compact shape.
Measure the Widest Point
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hand, across the knuckles, including the tucked thumb. Pull snug but not tight.
Find Your Size
Use the size chart below to match your hand circumference to the correct bangle inner diameter. When in doubt, size up.

Tips for Putting On a Jade Bangle
✓ Do This
- Apply lotion, soap, or oil to hand
- Tuck thumb tightly into palm
- Compress fingers together
- Slide bangle at an angle over knuckles
- Go slowly. Do not force it
- Use a plastic bag over hand for extra slip
✗ Do Not Do This
- Force the bangle over dry skin
- Yank or twist aggressively
- Try to push straight on (use angle)
- Panic if it feels stuck. Relax, add soap
- Size down "for a tighter fit"
Between Sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes, always size up. A slightly loose bangle is still wearable; a too tight one cannot be worn at all.
