Digital Products
Digital products (guides, audio files, PDFs) are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required.

- Delivery Time: Instant (within minutes of purchase)
- Access: Also available in your account dashboard
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the download email within 10 minutes.
Physical Products
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes (buyer responsibility)
- Longer delivery times (2 to 4 weeks typical)
- Additional shipping charges
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.
Jade Bangles: Special Handling
Jade bangles are fragile and require special packaging:
- Each bangle is individually wrapped in protective material
- Shipped in a sturdy box with cushioning
- Insurance included for all jade orders
- Signature may be required on delivery
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@shopdynastydesigns.com. We can only make changes before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery (for lost packages) or receipt (for damaged items)
- Include your order number and photos of any damage
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacements or refunds will be issued as appropriate
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary for these addresses.
