Digital Products
How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with download links. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account and going to the Downloads section. Digital products are available immediately after payment.
What format are the guides in?
All guides are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device ā computer, tablet, or phone. Some products may include additional formats like MP3 (for audio) or printable worksheets.
Do downloads expire?
No. Once you purchase a digital product, it's yours forever. Download links remain active in your account indefinitely. We recommend downloading and saving files to your device for permanent access.
Can I get a refund on digital products?
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we generally don't offer refunds once files have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or the product doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Physical Products
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (US) typically ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on destination. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Are the jade bangles authentic?
Yes. All jade pieces in our collection are authentic, natural jade. We source responsibly and can provide certificates of authenticity for premium pieces upon request.
How do I know what size jade bangle to order?
Measure the widest part of your hand (across the knuckles) with your thumb tucked in. This measurement in millimeters should be close to the inner diameter of the bangle. Jade bangles should fit snugly. Visit our Jade Vault for a detailed sizing guide.
What if my jade bangle doesn't fit?
Unworn jade bangles in original condition can be exchanged within 14 days. Contact us before shipping for return instructions. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
